We were attending a family reunion and baby shower this weekend, so we decided to take the Top Trumps games to try out while we were all together. My mom liked the Lilo and Stitch game and Goddit game, and thinks they would make good stocking stuffers. My daughters and niece had fun with the Gabbys Dollhouse game, and others at the baby shower also enjoyed it. My family and Grandma especially liked playing Top Trumps Adorable Dogs and Top Trumps Disney Quiz.
We hosted a birthday party game night to try out the new Santorini (and Riddle of the Sphinx expansion) game from Roxley Games.
We also are going to play with our neighbors and take the games to a family reunion later this month.
I think the kids enjoyed the games! The basic premise is easy to learn and quick to play but with the god cards and different variations for different player counts, the game can become as complicated as you want it to be. The cooperative, objective-based expansion game has many levels of increasing difficulty, and plays almost like a video game mission, including an adventure book to track your progress and unlock new challenges.

We hosted 2 game nights this month with Thames & Kosmos Dice Words
The first involved some teens from our church (friends of our oldest son) and some of their parents. Although we didn't end up playing the game, because we chose a different game that could accommodate everyone at once, we showed the game to them and told the parents about it afterwards.
The second game night featured the Dice Words game and we gave away the coupons, the extra copy and prizes to the winners of the game. We had 3 adults, in addition to our family, in attendance, so we combined two games to allow all 8 of us to play at once.
We got to try new products from Brutus Broth! It was fun to give the dogs a "freeze pop" Brothcicle and some treats. As the dogs played together, they could take a Broth Break and get hydrated with healthy Bone Broth! Not all of the invited guests were able to make it, so we delivered some samples to the other families at a later date. I think most people will check out this brand in the future
We hosted a dog park playdate to try out the new BOS (Best Odor Seal) odor-blocking bags. Only one family was able to come to the party, but we met up with other families and their dogs at a different date. I also shared the diaper bags with the nursery parents at our church.
These bags really work! I put some smelly things (including dog poop!!) in the bags and left them in my kitchen for a day, and you could not smell them at all.
I wish the "household waste" XL size was larger. It would be nice to have a 13 gallon size for kitchen trash.
We got to try new products from Proud Grill. We had guests over for a cookout- brats, hot dogs, and veggies on the grill, and a beef roast in the smoker.
I love the grill basket. I especially love that it is durable and dishwasher safe, and that the dividers are adjustable, so you could keep veggies and fish separate, for example. My husband is not too sure on the skewers. He thinks they are not as easy to grab with the tongs as he would like. I didn't think they were difficult to use or turn, and both products were MUCH easier than just putting the veggies directly on the grill (I grilled asparagus the other day without the grill basket, and it was so fiddly to pick them all up without dropping between the grates!)
The Q Swiper tool is also cool. I like that it is safer to use than a wire brush. I don't love the disposable aspect of the wipes, but they are definitely heavy duty, and I do think they will keep the brush pad lasting longer.
